Details: These traditional rusks have been made in Kythera, a sunny island of south Greece. The warm climate give us this best quality olive oil every year, which we use to make this product. The product is typically used to make salad, but they also make excellent additions to soups and in other foods. Out of the bag they are very hard and must be softened with water, wine, broth, etc. before eating.
